Aluminum profiles

We provide drawing-based aluminum profiles for decorative and construction applications. We can provide finished profiled parts that are cut to size, deburred, drilled and milled.
The most common surface finishes are:

  • Mile finish

  • Anodize

  • Powder coating

  • Wooden colors

As part of the process, in the first stage, we produce the mold and after approving a sample from the new mold we start the mass production.

The minimum quantity of customer-specific aluminum profiles that can be ordered depends on the type of profile and the machines required to manufacture them; usually, however, the minimum amount is 200-300 kg per profile.

Metal hardware

We can provide your own needs of metal hardware. It can be made out from casting, punching or by CNC machining. We can accompany you from the drawings stage up to the delivery of the goods to your warehouse.
Cast metal is required in numerous alloys in a range of industrial sectors. We specialize in non-ferrous cast alloys of aluminum, zinc, magnesium and copper (red bronze). We also have a great experience with all the requirements derives from producing welded metal parts
We can also meet all the coating requirements; nickel plating, zinc plating, galvanization, sendzimir or hot deep galvanization.
We have great experience of providing full systems of assembled product. Assembly drawing is needed for all products or inventions that have more than one part. A BOM (Bill of Materials) on the drawing lists each part number, part name, and part quantity.

We can provide on demand all kind glass sheets, especially from the following families:
